About the
Owner/Captain

Meet Captain Todd Gentile — licensed USCG Master Captain, lifelong boating enthusiast, and proud owner of Queen of My Heart. With over 25 years of hands-on experience as a boat owner and operator, Todd brings a steady hand, a deep love for the water, and a strong commitment to safety and hospitality to every charter he leads.

Todd’s connection to Lake Michigan runs deep. From navigating its waters in every season to exploring the city’s best-kept scenic secrets, he knows how to craft unforgettable experiences for guests of all ages. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone, planning a relaxing day on the water, or simply looking to enjoy Chicago from a fresh perspective, you’re in excellent hands.

Outside of boating, Todd has built a respected career in the insurance industry, where he’s worked for nearly three decades. He’s known for his professionalism, integrity, and dedication to service — qualities that carry over seamlessly to his work as a charter captain.

His boat, Queen of My Heart, is more than just a vessel — it’s a space for connection, celebration, and joy. And with Todd at the helm, you’re not just booking a ride—you’re setting sail with someone who genuinely cares about giving you a great time on the water.
